“My Senpai is Annoying!” TV anime announces October premiere


The official TV anime website for “My Senpai is Annoying!” (Senpai ga Uzai Kōhai no Hanashi) officially revealed that the series will premiere this coming October 2021.  

In addition, the website also announced the cast and staff involved.

Tomori Kusunoki (Misha Necron – Misfit of Demon King Academy) will voice the diminutive kouhai Futaba Igarashi, while Shunsuke Takeuchi (Makoto Suzuki – Tokyo Revengers) will voice the large senpai Harumi Takeda.

Sing Yesterday For Me’s Ryota Itoh will be directing the series with Doga Kobo as the animation studio. Yoshimi Narita is penning the scripts, Shigemitsu Abe is designing characters, with Takeshi Takadera directing sound and Hiroaki Tsutsumi as series composer.

Shiro Manta released the rom-com manga in 2017, serialized under pixiv Comic. The manga currently has seven volumes published.
