The popular slice-of-life/comedy manga by Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket, “Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san!”, is getting its own anime adaptation.

The official website for the anime adaptation was recently unveiled. The site confirms Sumire Uesaka (Shalltear Bloodfallen in Overlord/Isekai Quartet, Kyrie Canaan in Final Fantasy VII Remake) as the voice of the eponymous character, Hayase Nagatoro.

Hirokazu Hanai from Dances with Dragons will be the anime’s director, with Taku Kishimoto (Shika no Ou, Fruits Basket 2019) on scripts. Misaki Suzuki (Tari Tari) is in charge of character designs, and Gin/Busted Rose (Aho-Girl, Pop Team Epic) on music.

Nagatoro-san debuted in 2017, and currently has eight volumes in publication.
