UPDATE 6/15/2018: Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice won’t have stats, classes, a character creation option, or any form of soul collection. FromSoftware’s Yasuhiro Kitao describes Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice as more of an action adventure game. The game primarily focuses on combat, and the weapons the character already has on-hand. The game won’t come with multiplayer, and equipment forging as well.

UPDATE 6/11/2018: From Software’s upcoming game Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice will also launch for the Playstation 4 in early 2019. The announcement came from Playstation Asia‘s Facebook page shortly after Microsoft’s E3 2018 press conference.

Players caught a glimpse of From Software’s new game titled Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Its trailer was premiered during the Xbox E3 briefing today. The game seems to bring the studio’s trademark gameplay to Xbox players.
The game is set to launch in 2019, and takes place in what appears to be medieval Japan. The game lets players take control of a samurai armed with a katana, and a whip-like weapon. The trailer premieres the play-style and combat features of the game.
