Marvel has finally released the trailer for the Avengers sequel to Infinity War, after months of unending speculation on its impending revelation.
Avengers 4 is officially called Avengers: Endgame, and it takes off during the aftermath of The Decimation that Thanos did with a snap of the Infinity Gauntlet.
The trailer features Tony Stark stranded in space; and a clean-shaven Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanov back on Earth, trying to somehow concoct a plan perhaps to get back at Thanos. A few surprises came out of the trailer as well, such as Shuri’s photo confirming her death in the previous movie, and the return of Clint Barton in his comic-accurate Ronin garb.
Other quick appearances include Gamora, Bruce Banner, and Thor in separate scenes.
The final few seconds of the trailer shows Scott Lang/Ant-Man “at the front door.”
The quick trailer does not show any appearance from Captain Marvel, though it has been confirmed that she will be taking part in the Endgame.
The film premieres on April 2019.
